Free shipping on all orders over $50! Orders with a subtotal equal or greater than $50 (in merchandise) ship free via standard shipping ONLY for the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are excluded from free shipping.
Same Day Shipping
Most items are in stock, so if your order is placed by 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday, it will usually ship that same day.
Backorder Prevention. Your Laser Toner World team works for you to prevent backorders, and minimize the effect when they do occur:

In the rare case that your item is not in stock, a friendly representative will be notified you of the backorder via phone or email to review options.
Incomplete orders will not ship until all orders are in stock, unless you request it.
PO Box, US Territories, and Military Addresses
Please be aware, there are certain cases where a physical address (and not a P.O. box) is required to ship.
You have 90 days to make sure your order is correct and that you have the right products for your printers. Beyond that, you have a 1-YEAR 100% Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee on all products, we promise it’s easy. Remanufactured and Compatible Items
Any remanufactured or compatible product purchased from Laser Toner World is covered from the date of purchase for 1 year. Problems happen from time-to-time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund–your choice. Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right.
To make sure we can address problems quickly, you have 90 days from the date of purchase in which to identify any issues with your products. Beyond the 90 days, you can still get store credit and place your replacement order with a representative over the phone. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error or a defective product.
Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages
Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening. We made it easy. If you are not sure what product is compatible for your printer search your printer by using our “TONER FINDER”.
Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.
Purchase the wrong cartridge? As long as it’s unopened and in saleable condition we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or offer you a refund. Please call 210.556.5393 and we can get you taken care of!
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
Do you provide a return label?
If our returns department needs an item back for any reason other than a refund, a prepaid return label may be provided. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact our customer service department for more information.
Your credit card refund (or store credit in some cases) will be processed within 8-15 business days of receipt of your accepted return. Refunds cannot be processed until the product is received and inspected by the warehouse.
